With all the oil price hikes and with all the price strikes in every commodity, can third world countries, especially the Philippines, survive with rice scarcity? Checking the number of rice productivity of the country, with some numbers claimed to be enough, is it really enough to sustain the country within the next 10 years? 20 years?
